Highlights
- GCC/libnix migration and custom handler startup, contributed through Stefan's GCC-support PR #1.
- LTO enabled by default, with explicit utility.library initialization for GCC arithmetic helpers.
- Per-handler object and FatFs state isolation, plus serialized device I/O for concurrent RDB handler tasks.
- Hybrid MBR/RDB generator marks FAT/exFAT data partitions non-bootable.

- The release archive contains the handler, tools, AmigaGuide manual, installer, and DOSDriver examples.
- Classic Workbench 3.1 can show cosmetic RDB-device:MSD icons beside the real volume icons on hybrid RDB media; these are not duplicate mounted volumes.
