  0.1-alpha7

  • Adds opt-in fatso-mount icon-cleanup [APPLY] [alias-prefix] for hybrid-RDB Workbench fallback icons.
  • Live mode creates lock-backed aliases, applies non-persistent presentation names, and has each handler detach its own temporary RDB DeviceNode.
  • Handles case-insensitive duplicate labels with NAME-2 fallbacks, including AmigaOS 3.2 startup behavior.
  • Adds a disposable duplicate/blank-label hybrid-RDB test-image mode.

Validated on emulated AmigaOS 2.0, 3.1, and 3.2.
